CTC Golf and Turf History

The origin of the company has its roots in a business first established in part by Con Unger in 1974 that specialized in golf course construction and renovations. Gary Unger and Con Unger incorporated in 1993 under the name of CTC Site Development with a vision to provide high quality, personalized customer service. Over the next fifteen years, the business grew to become a successful venture under this philosophy. In 2007, Gary became the Managing Partner of CTC.

As a result of years of steady growth, CTC developed a corporate strategy that included the introduction of a name change. In 2010, the company changed its name to CTC Golf and Turf to reflect a broader range of service offerings including golf course construction, sport field construction, parkland construction and irrigation system installation.

True to its roots, CTC continues to believe that communication with the client is of the highest importance, particularly where costs, timing, and environmental concerns are affected.
